Do I need to change from Tally?
No. The dashboard reads from your existing Tally, Busy or Zoho. Your team keeps working exactly as they do now.
Can it change or delete my data?
No. The connection is read-only. It only reads your numbers to show them.
How up to date are the numbers?
Refreshed every morning before you start work, from the same data as your accounts. In our last build the full refresh takes about 6 minutes. If your setup allows, it can refresh more often through the day. We agree this during the build.
Can I ask it questions in plain English?
Yes, as an add-on. You type a question like "How much does Sharma Traders owe?" and get the number with the invoices behind it. It is priced separately, so the dashboard itself stays at a fixed price.
Can my managers see it?
Yes, with access control. A branch manager can see their branch without seeing the whole company's margins.
How long does it take?
Usually about 30 days. You see your own numbers on the dashboard before the second payment.
